One-to-one phone or video conferencing sessions weekly or twice monthly
Health Coaching Calls support you as you walk your path to wellness. Get prompt and detailed answers to the array of questions that inevitably come up after your Herbal Wellness Consultation.

​Health Coaching Calls can be an invaluable tool to access optimal health, vitality, focus and inner calm. These sessions support your continued success, address new wellness concerns that may arise in your life, and prevent frustration or giving up that can occur when you're unsure about how to proceed. Sign up for one, two, three or six months of coaching.


Time & Price Options
Sessions will be scheduled for the same time weekly whenever possible and must be paid in advance.
15 minute session; choose either 4 times monthly for $129 or twice monthly for $69.
30 minute session; choose either 4 times monthly for $229 or twice monthly for $129.
45 minute session; choose either 4 times monthly for $329 or twice monthly for $189.
60 minute session; choose either 4 times monthly for $399 or twice monthly for $249.
