My Autism and A.D.D. Healing Program

I provide a variety of wellness services geared to support children and adults of all ages and levels of ability to heal themselves, along with their support circle. I work with individuals, families, and groups to create a workable plan for healing through powerful, simply stated herbal and nutritional wellness education.

You'll receive a simple plan from each of our sessions to help you or your loved one heal his or her own body, mind, emotions and spirit. You will also learn about several solutions to immediately begin to ease the stress and exhaustion that many family members and caregivers experience.

You may have noticed that you cannot give fully what you no longer have in reserve. In the program, you’ll glean daily strategies to refill your own well and restore your vitality.

As a Master Herbalist and Wellness Education Coach, I have worked with the families of dozens of children and young adults on the autism spectrum, and with other neurologic conditions, with excellent results. Parents, teachers, health professionals and caregivers have reported that the children experienced greater mastery with social skills, full self-expression, improved test scores, fewer outbursts, greater physical health and emotional well-being. And they have begun to notice these results, often within a few short weeks.
