Herb and Wild Food Identification
. . . . . . . . .
Join us for a gentle stroll into nature.
We won’t walk far, yet we will easily identify at least twenty or more medicinal and wild food species. You will hear about remedies for your digestion, liver, hormones, exhaustion, bones, children’s health, and so much more. Many of these plants have been used since ancient times and most are regarded as very safe. We will discuss wild plant’s nutritive, detoxifying and restorative properties. We will talk about some of the latest research and we’ll bust some common health myths. Find out how to cook, consume and apply wild plants for your family for optimal results.
